Descripción

Docetaxel is a taxane with anti-cancer activity. It binds to the tubulin in the cytoskeleton and prevents polymerization, which leads to cell death. Docetaxel has been shown to be an inhibitor of protein interactions, such as with CDK2/cyclin A and BRCA1/BARD1.
