Descripción:JNK-IN-7 is a compound that inhibits the activity of a kinase enzyme, specifically c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK). JNK-IN-7 is a potential drug for bowel disease and injury. It has been shown to inhibit the inflammatory response in animal models by inhibiting the activation of transcription factor NFκB, and blocking the production of proinflammatory cytokines. JNK-IN-7 has antiinflammatory activity and can be used as an inhibitor in certain diseases such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or IBD. The molecule also blocks the production of proteins that are involved in inflammation pathways.
