Descripción:NSC 23925 is a quinoline derivative that inhibits the activity of drug transporters, which are proteins that pump drugs out of the cell. It selectively targets cancer cells and has been shown to inhibit the growth of human osteosarcoma cells. NSC 23925 has been tested in patients with lung cancer and found to be safe, with no significant side effects. This drug is also used in combination with other drugs to treat skin cancer, Kaposi's sarcoma, and myeloma.
