Descripción:CA224 is a novel staphylococcal vaccine candidate that is being developed for use in cancer immunotherapy. It is a low-molecular-weight, calcium carbonate-based compound that has demonstrated anticancer activity in preclinical studies. CA224 induces an immune response against the surface proteins of Staphylococcus aureus and has been shown to be effective at reducing tumor size in animal models of breast cancer. The potential use of CA224 as a diagnostic agent for the detection of staphylococci has also been explored.
