Descripción:MLS1082 is an analog of the dopamine D2 receptor. It has been shown to have therapeutic potential for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and other disorders related to the dopamine system, such as dyskinesia. MLS1082 is a potent allosteric modulator that enhances the activity of dopamine at the D2 receptor by binding to an allosteric site on the receptor. This compound has shown efficacy in animals models of Parkinson's disease and in vitro studies with brain tissue from humans. There are also clinical studies being conducted on this drug.
