Descripción:Fmoc-N-(propargyl)-glycine (Fmoc-PG) is a synthesized and modified amino acid that can be used in the treatment of cancer. Fmoc-PG has been shown to inhibit the growth of tumor cells when conjugated with positron emission radiotracers, such as 18F-Fluorodeoxyglucose, for use in positron emission tomography. Fmoc-PG also inhibits the glucose analogue, which may lead to an improvement of neurological function. Fmoc-PG has been shown to be metabolized by acid conjugates and conjugates, resulting in increased stability and reduced toxicity.
