Descripción:MI-1 is a DNA polymerase that is derived from the mitochondria of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It has been shown to have significant interactions with a number of drugs and other compounds, including those involved in energy metabolism, insect resistance, and cardiovascular health. MI-1 has been shown to be stable in complex with nucleotides, which may be due to its ability to form stable complexes with dNTPs. MI-1 is also involved in the replication of mitochondrial DNA and myocardial infarct size reduction.
