Descripción:BTT 3033 is a small molecule that interacts with collagen and has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of prostate cancer cells. BTT 3033 is a novel agent that binds to extracellular matrix proteins such as collagen, laminin, fibronectin, and vitronectin. This binding prevents cell adhesion and migration, leading to an inhibition of cell proliferation.
