Información del producto
Secologanosid is an iridoid glucoside found in the fruit extract of Asperula cynanchoides. It has potent antibacterial activity, with a MIC value of 0.5 mg/mL against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Secologanosid also has bioactivities such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, as well as inhibiting platelet aggregation and angiogenesis. This molecule is being studied for its potential use in the treatment of infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and leprosy. Secologanosid can be synthesized from other plant materials such as carthamus tinctorius seeds. The monoterpenoid indole alkaloids are found in plants including Datura stramonium and Ipomoea violacea.
