Descripción:
AC-55649 is a synthetic retinoid that induces hepatocyte-like cell differentiation in vitro and in vivo. It is a potent agonist of the retinoic acid receptor (RAR), which is expressed in several types of cells, including cardiac, atrial, and hepatic cells. AC-55649 has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects on animal models. In addition, this drug has been shown to be effective for the treatment of autoimmune diseases such as arthritis, psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease and multiple sclerosis. The detection sensitivity of this compound was found to be 10 times higher than that of other synthetic retinoids.
