Descripción:
Val-Cit is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and inhibits the binding of the ligand, epidermal growth factor (EGF). Val-Cit has been shown to have potent antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo. Val-Cit's anti-tumor effects are due to its ability to inhibit EGF from binding with EGFR, which prevents downstream signaling pathways that promote cell proliferation. Val-Cit also has pharmacokinetic properties that make it suitable for oral administration. This drug is a small molecule drug with a molecular weight of 576 daltons.
