Descripción:3-(1-Methyl-1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid is a potential drug candidate for the treatment of malaria. It is an iron chelator that may be able to disrupt the life cycle of the malaria parasite by inhibiting the growth of plasmodium falciparum. The adsorption mechanism of 3-(1-methylpyrazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole 5 carboxylic acid has been studied in detail and it has been found that this molecule can bind to iron ions through electrostatic interactions. In addition, 3-(1Methylpyrazol 2yl) 1H pyrazole 5 carboxylic acid has been shown to have high affinity for graphene oxide, which may make it an effective drug candidate for the treatment of malaria because it can bind to graphene oxide and inhibit its absorption in biological samples.
