• Descripción: SX 011 is a small-molecule inhibitor of the p38 MAP kinase. It has been shown to inhibit proliferation of human dermal fibroblasts in vitro and to protect against influenza virus infection by inhibiting virus replication. SX 011 has also been shown to block tyrosine kinase, thereby preventing the phosphorylation of proteins that are involved in signal transduction and cell proliferation. This drug may be useful for treating acute lymphoblastic leukemia, Alzheimer's disease, or cancer.
