Descripción:DSR-6434 is a Toll-like receptor modulator that is used in the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus. It has been shown to inhibit the production of cytokines and chemokines, which are necessary for viral replication. This molecule also has the potential to be used as a therapeutic agent in autoimmune diseases, hepatitis, and renal cell cancer. DSR-6434 is a small molecule drug that binds to Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). The compound blocks TLR4 signaling through a neutralizing mechanism by binding to TLR4 on the surface of cells, preventing it from activating downstream signaling pathways. DSR-6434 has been shown to have clinical activity against colorectal carcinoma in preclinical studies.
