Descripción:Isoamyl Angelate is a chrysanthenone that is used as a deodorizing agent. It has been found to be effective in tissue cultures, where it prevents the growth of geranyl and cationic surfactants. It also has antifungal properties, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the growth of Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Isoamyl Angelate is an acidic compound with a pKa of 4.8 and can be used as a dry weight agent for measurements of ph values between 4 and 7.
