Descripción:Mitapivat is an aromatase inhibitor that has been shown to be effective in the treatment of breast cancer. It is administered orally and inhibits the production of estrogen. Mitapivat has been shown to have a specific effect on epithelial-mesenchymal transition in cancer tissues, which may contribute to its anticancer activity. Mitapivat also has pharmacological activity, such as inhibiting the production of lipids and proteins in the liver. The drug causes changes in redox potential and energy metabolism, leading to an increase in atp levels and a reduction in blood disorders.
