2-(Isopropylamino)-2',6'-acetoxylidide hydrochloride (2-AAP) is a phosphate solution that is used to detect the presence of hydrogen phosphate ions in an organic phase. 2-AAP has been shown to be sensitive to hydrogen phosphate and phosphoric acid, with a detection limit of 0.1 ppm.
