Información del producto
- Piperazine,1-acetyl-4-methyl- (7CI,9CI)
- 4-Acetyl-1-methylpiperazine
1-Acetyl-4-methylpiperazine (1AMP) is a quaternary ammonium compound that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cervical cancer cells. It binds to the extracellular domain of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, which inhibits cell growth by preventing phosphorylation of histone H3 and prevents transcription of DNA. 1AMP also potently inhibits acetylcholine release from cholinergic neurons in rat brain slices and blocks locomotor activity in mice.
