Descripción:Fmoc-OSu is a synthetic amino acid that is used in the synthesis of peptides and other biomolecules. It can be synthesized by solid-phase peptide synthesis using Fmoc chemistry, which involves an acid-labile protecting group. Fmoc-OSu has been shown to inhibit cancer cell growth, although its mechanism is not known.Fmoc-OSu has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the proinflammatory cytokine TNFα.Fmoc-OSu has also been shown to have glycan binding properties, which may be due to its ability to bind with sialic acid residues on glycoproteins or glycolipids.
