Información del producto
Bisdehydroneotuberostemonine is a bioactive substance that belongs to the group of protostemone-type alkaloids. It has been found in tuberosa and its inhibitory activities are orally administered. Bisdehydroneotuberostemonine is a potent inhibitor of tuberosa, with an IC50 value of 0.1 microg/mL. This substance also has insecticidal properties, inhibiting the growth of insects by binding to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors on the target site. Clinical studies have shown that bisdehydroneotuberostemonine can be used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and other inflammatory diseases. This compound inhibits the enzyme phospholipase A2 (PLA2) which is involved in inflammation and pain generation. Bisdehydroneotuberostemonine may also have effects on protein synthesis and DNA replication.
