Descripción:KHK-IN-2 is a research tool that is used as an activator to study the function of ion channels. KHK-IN-2 binds to the receptor site of ion channels and activates them, resulting in increased permeability of ions. It is also a ligand that binds to receptors, which are proteins on the surface of cells or other biological membranes. KHK-IN-2 has been shown to have pharmacological effects on cells by binding to G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) and activating intracellular signaling pathways. This leads to inhibition of cell proliferation and induction of apoptosis in cancer cells. KHK-IN-2 also inhibits the synthesis and release of neurotransmitters from nerve endings by acting on ion channels.
