Descripción:Tarlox-TKI is a drug with potential anti-cancer activity, which acts as a selective inhibitor of the enzyme P2Y receptor. It binds to the α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, preventing neuronal death and skin cancer. Tarlox-TKI has been shown to inhibit xenograft tumor growth in mice and also suppresses transcriptional regulation of genes involved in autoimmune diseases. Tarlox-TKI interacts with toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and inhibits the expression of the gene 2-aminoethoxydiphenyl borate (APBD). Tarlox-TKI prevents p21 from becoming activated by inhibiting polymerase chain reaction (PCR), which leads to inhibition of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF).
