Descripción:Simenepag is a drug that belongs to the class of anti-glaucoma drugs. The drug's main target is hydroxystearate, which is an enzyme involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins. Simenepag targets prostaglandin synthesis by inhibiting enzymes that are involved in the metabolism of arachidonic acid. This prevents the formation of inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes, which are responsible for many diseases including hypertension, glaucoma, and disorders associated with pain sensation.
