Descripción:JND3229 is a synthetic, non-small-cell EGFR inhibitor that targets the kinase domain of EGFR. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of mutant EGFR cell lines in vitro and in vivo, as well as tumor growth in xenograft models. JND3229 has also been shown to suppress tumor growth and prolong survival in a mouse model of metastatic cancer. The mechanism of action for this drug is inhibition of the tyrosine kinase activity that is essential for the activation of downstream signaling pathways.
