Descripción:1-Phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbohydrazide is a derivative of oxadiazole that has shown to be effective against tuberculosis. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitro and in vivo. 1-Phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbohydrazide inhibits protein synthesis by binding to the ribosomes, preventing the attachment of amino acids to the tRNA molecule. This drug also inhibits DNA synthesis by inhibiting DNA polymerase and RNA polymerase. 1-Phenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbohydrazide has shown anticancer activity as well as toxicities, including an effective analgesic effect.
