BEBT-908 is a potent inhibitor of the cell cycle that inhibits the proliferation of fibroblasts by blocking G1 phase and inducing apoptosis. BEBT-908 has been shown to have synergistic effects with other drugs, such as paclitaxel, cisplatin, or etoposide. It also exhibits cytotoxicity against cutaneous malignant cells in a dose-dependent manner.
