Descripción

S-Mirtazapine is a tetracyclic antidepressant that is used for the treatment of major depressive disorder. It has been found to bind to many receptors, including serotonin (5-HT) and noradrenaline (NA) receptors. S-Mirtazapine also inhibits ion channels and ligand-gated ion channels, which are involved in neurotransmission. In addition, it has been found to inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). S-Mirtazapine is a high purity product with a CAS number of 61337-87-9.
