Descripción:HSR6071 is a histamine receptor antagonist that inhibits the release of histamine in tissues. HSR6071 is an effective inhibitor of cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase, which blocks the production of cyclic AMP and prevents the activation of cells. It has been shown to inhibit histamine-mediated bronchial hyperresponsiveness and mast cell degranulation in lung tissues with no significant side effects. HSR6071 has been shown to be effective in treating allergic reactions, such as asthma and eczema, by blocking histamine-mediated immunoglobulin E (IgE) production by sensitizing IgE-producing B cells and inhibiting their proliferation.
