Información del producto
3-Iodo-2-nitrophenol is a monomer that is used in histone H3. It has been shown to be an effective inhibitor of inflammatory diseases, such as asthma and arthritis. 3-Iodo-2-nitrophenol interacts with eugenol, which is an anti-inflammatory agent, by forming a cavity. This interaction leads to the formation of a complex that inhibits the inflammatory response by inhibiting the production of prostaglandin E2. The molecular modelling of this interaction has found that it takes place in a hydrophobic region where there are no water molecules present. This is an indication that 3-Iodo-2-nitrophenol forms a cavity with eugenol and inhibits inflammation by decreasing the production of prostaglandin E2.
