Descripción:CG 200745 is a histone protein-conjugate that inhibits the activity of mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) and specifically increases acetylation of the histones H3 and H4. This drug has been shown to have cardioprotective effects in a number of preclinical models, including cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure. CG 200745 also has anti-cancer effects when used in combination with other medicines. It has shown efficacy against cancer cells through inhibition of histone deacetylases (HDACs).
