Descripción:KA2507 is a teriparatide analog that acts as an inhibitor of tumor growth. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in both human and Chinese hamster models. KA2507 works by inhibiting trypsin-like proteases, which are involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis. This drug has also been shown to have anti-tumor effects when used in combination with methotrexate, a chemotherapy drug commonly used for cancer treatment. Additionally, KA2507 has kinase inhibitory properties and can be detected in urine samples. Studies have also shown that astaxanthin, a natural antioxidant found in seafood, enhances the anti-tumor activity of KA2507.
