Allyl 2,3-di-O-benzyl-b-D-glucopyranoside is a compound with a molecular weight of 276.2 g/mol and an empirical formula of C12H22O10. It has a white crystalline appearance with a melting point of 220°C. Allyl 2,3-di-O-benzyl-b-D-glucopyranoside is soluble in water and methanol but not in ethanol. It can be used as an additive for plastics and rubber to improve conductivity or as a plasticizer for cellulose acetate.
