• Descripción: 6-O-Acetylglycitin is a bioactive compound that has been shown to have many physiological activities. It is the acetylated form of glycitin, which is a precursor in the synthesis of glycogen in the liver. 6-O-Acetylglycitin has been shown to promote the repair mechanism of hepatic steatosis and exhibits anti-cancer effects by inhibiting poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and uvb-induced polymerase chain reaction (PCR). This compound also inhibits growth of cancer cells in vitro. 6-O-Acetylglycitin has been shown to have an analog with pharmaceutical preparations.
