• Descripción: Pacfa glccer is a peptide that is a high-affinity, selective activator of the hGLP-1 receptor. It has been shown to activate the hGLP-1 receptor in vitro and in vivo, with EC50 values of 0.17 nM and 15 nM, respectively. Pacfa glccer has no effect on the activity of other GPCRs at concentrations up to 10 μM. The peptide was also found to be an inhibitor of voltage-gated potassium channels Kv1.2 and Kv1.3 with IC50 values of 0.8 μM and 1.6 μM, respectively.
