Descripción:Benzoyl-Nle-Lys-Arg-Arg-MCA is a peptide that inhibits the activity of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase (AChE) in the body. It is used to treat fever and other symptoms caused by infection with a virus, such as influenza A or B. This peptide binds to an active site on AChE, which is required for the hydrolysis of acetylcholine, thereby blocking the release of this neurotransmitter from cholinergic nerve endings. As a result, this drug may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and muscle cramps.
