This drug has been shown to have a good safety profile in clinical studies.PF-4693627 binds selectively to the prostaglandin E2 receptor subtype EP3 (COX-2) without significant binding to EP1 or EP2 receptors. This compound was developed by Pfizer Inc., which will be conducting Phase III clinical trials on this drug.
