Delphinidin 3-galactoside chloride is a natural organic compound that belongs to the flavonol glycosides. It is a pigment that has been identified in flowers and fruits, such as the fruit tree. Delphinidin 3-galactoside chloride also has an effect on high cholesterol levels, which may be due to its ability to inhibit HMG-CoA reductase activity.
