Coumarin 510 is a fluorescent coumarin derivative that emits light in the visible spectrum. It can be activated by radiation, such as ultraviolet light or infrared radiation, and is used as an absorber of electrons in the diode cavity. Coumarin 510 has been used as a diagnostic agent for amines and glycan and has been used to measure the size of polymer films. This product was also used to study the biochemical profile of human tissue.
