Bendamustine ethyl ester is a potent inhibitor of kinases in human urine. It is used in the treatment of cancer and tumors, as it has been shown to induce apoptosis in cancer cells. This drug is an analog of donepezil and has been found to inhibit several kinases, including protein kinase C and mitogen-activated protein kinase. Bendamustine ethyl ester has demonstrated anticancer activity against Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells and other cancer cell lines. It works by inhibiting DNA synthesis and inducing DNA damage, leading to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
