Descripción:Methyl 2,3-di-O-acetyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-a-D-mannopyranoside is a synthetic compound that has not been studied in vivo or in vitro. Methyl 2,3-di-O-acetyl-4,6-O-benzylidene-aDmannopyranoside is an oligosaccharide that can be modified with fluorination and methylation. It is synthesized by glycosylation of a Dmannopyranose using an acetate as the acyl donor. The acetate is then selectively benzylated to form the desired product.
