MC180295 is a bromodomain inhibitor that binds to the CDK4/6-associated bromodomain and inhibits its activity. MC180295 has synergistic effects with venetoclax, which is an inhibitor of Bcl-2. This drug has been shown to be effective against cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, and also sensitizes cancer cells to other drugs. MC180295 is a molecule that suppresses the expression of suppressor genes. It has been shown to be effective at doses of 10 μM or higher in both cell culture and experimental animals.
