• Descripción: HI TOPK 032 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to the IL-2 receptor. The immune system uses this receptor to produce IL-2, which stimulates the growth of cells and increases the production of white blood cells. HI TOPK 032 blocks the IL-2 receptor and thereby inhibits the growth of cancer tissue in patients with skin cancer. HI TOPK 032 has also been shown to reduce tumor growth in mice with xenograft tumors. This drug may work by inhibiting the activation of certain pro-apoptotic proteins such as c-jun and cyclin d2, which are involved in cell proliferation, cell lysis, and apoptosis protein synthesis.
