Varenicline N-glucoside is a modification of varenicline, which is an antagonist of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor. This compound has been synthesized using custom synthesis and glycosylation to obtain high purity. It has been methylated and fluorinated in order to remove any impurities. Varenicline N-glucoside is a carbohydrate with a molecular weight of 581.5 g/mol, consisting of one monosaccharide and one disaccharide.
