• Descripción: AICAR 3',5'-cyclic phosphate is an antiviral and anticancer agent that inhibits the production of DNA and RNA, which may be due to its ability to activate AMP-activated protein kinase. AICAR 3',5'-cyclic phosphate has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer cells in vitro. This drug also has anticancer activity against various types of cancers, including prostate cancer and melanoma. AICAR 3',5'-cyclic phosphate is a novel compound that can be used as a phosphoramidite reagent for the synthesis of oligonucleotides.
