Acetyl coenzyme A lithium salt has also been shown to inhibit the growth of typhimurium, which may be due to its ability to inhibit NADPH-cytochrome p450 reductase. Acetyl coenzyme A lithium salt has not been shown to have any carcinogenic potential in humans, but it has been shown to have carcinogenic potential in animal models.
