N6-Acetyl-2'-deoxyadenosine is an antiviral and anticancer nucleoside. It is a novel modified nucleoside that has been synthesized with a high degree of purity. It also inhibits the activity of bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, which are enzymes that maintain the integrity of bacterial DNA.
