3'-Amino-2',3'-dideoxyadenosine-5'-triphosphate lithium salt (3ADAP) is a novel nucleotide analogue that acts as an activator of the ribonucleotide reductase enzyme. 3ADAP has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of various cancer cell lines, including pancreatic and prostate tumor cells. 3ADAP also inhibits viral replication by inhibiting the synthesis of viral ribonucleic acid (RNA). 3ADAP is a synthetic nucleoside with high purity and high quality. 3ADAP has been modified at the 2' position with an amino group to increase its stability in vivo, which is important for its use in anticancer therapies.
