It has been shown to be effective against cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. 3'-Amino-2',3'-dideoxyguanosine-5'-triphosphate lithium salt - 100 mM aqueous solution is a novel synthetic phosphate analog of guanosine 5' triphosphate that is water soluble and stable to hydrolysis.
