Información del producto
5(Z),8(Z),11(Z),14(Z)-Eicosatetraenol is a synthetic molecule and is a ligand for the cannabinoid receptor. It has been shown to inhibit the release of neurotransmitters from cerebellar granule neurons. The eicosatetraenol binds to the fatty acid binding site on the cannabinoid receptor, which blocks the activation of G-proteins. This results in an inhibitory effect on camp levels and granule neurons, leading to decreased levels of excitatory neurotransmitters such as glutamate. 5(Z),8(Z),11(Z),14(Z)-Eicosatetraenol also inhibits glucans, linoleyl alcohol, and cationic surfactants that are involved in lipid uptake.
