Descripción:Stearyl glycyrrhetinate is an antioxidant compound that has been shown to inhibit the growth of bacteria by binding to fatty acids and inactivating them. It also inhibits the production of hydrogen tartrate, which is an antibiotic compound produced by some strains of Staphylococcus aureus. Stearyl glycyrrhetinate can be used as a skin moisturizer and may be effective against meningiomas. This compound is not active against Escherichia coli or Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
